Very nice building with a lot of convenient amenities like a gym and laundry machines in my apartment. The underground garage is also very convenient for parking. Front desk service is very good. Receiving packages through the Amazon package locker is very convenient. Building is very clean.

I moved into this building a few weeks ago and I love it! I’m a native New Yorker that has lived in many Brooklyn areas/buildings and this truly feels like home. It’s cozy and has everything I need….I highly recommend.

One Park Point has added a wonderful new rhythm to my life since moving in – from morning walks through the park, to lunchtime work outs at the gym on the first floor, to happy hour drinks on the roof. The staff and management are kind and helpful and do a fantastic job at maintaining the building.

My girlfriend and I were recently approved for One Park Point for a one-bedroom. We fell in love so much with the entire community - with all its incredible amenities, views and more - that we decided to reach out and see if there were any two bedrooms available….
